The staff could not have been nicer. I was unsure of the process since this was my first time at this facility. It was different in that I went to the facility for testing but did not visit with a doctor until a couple of hours later by Zoom. I was told I would get a text 15 minutes before my zoom. Instead it was instantaneous and I’m glad I was paying attention. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Now that I know the process, it will be easier next time. :)

It was a good visit, she pays attention to details. I didn't get any bruising when she took my blood. For me being a new client, it was a great experience. The whole staff was very professional on their service. It is within walking distance from my apartment. Plus the pharmacy is there. I didn't have to wait to long for my medication. I let them know that I was deaf in my left ear and wearing a hearing aid in my right. They made sure I understood everything that I needed to get done.

I came to Emily after being ignored over 30+ days at my original PCP's office. I had such a great experience with her she was super thorough, patient and kind, I could tell she was genuinely concerned with my issues. I'm very happy I decided to give her and her staff a call. She and her staff were just wonderful and made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. Thank You!

I’ve moved to the area and so glad to found this family clinic. Emily is very personable and easy to talk with. Very professional and generally shows she cares about you personally. Well experienced practical doctor. Set up online appointment is very convenient. Staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend her. Thank you One Stop Family Clinic

This was my second encounter with One Stop Family Clinic for sick visits. I had a televisit with Emily N.P. She diagnosed my illness quickly and confidently and prescribed medication. She was kind, professional, not rushed and met all my needs. It was so easy especially not to have to come in when you are extremely fatigued. All the staff was kind and efficient over the phone. Thank you for your service. BTW, I am a health care professional as well.

Emily, is very patient and thoughtful. She is really concerned about you as a person, and not just as a client. I love this about her. Her bedside manner is all that. When you can feel that your doctor truly sees you as a person, that's everything. Then office staff is also the bomb Delacy is very kind as well. n Always very accommodating. We love One Stop Clinic.

I absolutely love this place. Medical staff took their time and did not rush in and out of the room which is unusual. Receptionist was friendly and professional. I will be going back to this facility.
